Duston Santana

Duston Santana currently serves as Vice President of Sales at Act!, a leading provider of CRM and marketing automation solutions, since June 2024. Prior to this role, Duston spent nearly 18 years at DaySmart Software, Inc., advancing from Sales Consultant - Team Leader to Sales Manager and ultimately Sales Director. In the position of Sales Director, Duston managed a sales team of over 15 members, driving revenue growth from $3 million to $80 million and overseeing the successful integration of two acquisitions. Duston's leadership was marked by a strong focus on talent development and implementation of effective sales practices. Duston holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
