George Turner has worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Swiftpage since March 2013. In this role, they have been responsible for designing and developing a CRM application that includes web-based, mobile, and on-premise Windows components. Prior to that, they worked at Sage Software from August 2000 to March 2013, also as a Principal Software Engineer. There, they were involved in the technical design and development of a .NET based contact management application using C# and ASP. Before joining Sage Software, George was a Senior Software Engineer at Grass Valley from September 1996 to June 2000. Their responsibilities included designing and developing software applications, DCOM servers, and a COM server to manage the use of DV and MPEG2 boards, control playout of DV and MPEG2 files, and allow an MPEG Video Server to emulate an analog tape deck via automation protocols.
George Turner has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brandeis University.
