Tim Work

Tim Work is currently the Senior Director of Account Management at Actabl, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Tim served as Senior Manager of Account Management at Highspot from March 2023 to July 2025, where the focus was on leading a team to expand and retain top customers through effective collaboration with cross-functional departments. Tim’s experience at FedEx Corporation spanned from May 2009 to March 2023, including roles such as Enterprise Sales Manager for the Florida Market, where Tim managed a $15M portfolio and exceeded annual targets, and Customer Success Manager, overseeing a team driving satisfaction and revenue growth. Additionally, Tim worked as Senior Manager of Operations, managing multiple locations and extensive operations personnel. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Sales & Operations for Finlay Fine Jewelry, managing significant sales teams across multiple states. Tim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Ashford University and a degree in Organizational Management and Business Administration from the University of Evansville.
