Chris Travers

Chris Travers is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and business development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Northwestern Mutual since September 2023. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of National Account Executive at Actalent from June 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included partnering with clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors to provide tailored clinical solutions. Chris also worked as a National Recruiter specializing in the Clinical division at Actalent, as well as a National Clinical Recruiter at Aerotek and a Sourcing Specialist at Hudson. Chris earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management with a Psychology minor from Roger Williams University, where involvement included the university baseball team and achieving Dean's List honors.
