Emily Gerhart

Emily Gerhart is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in project controls and financial operations. Currently serving as a Financial Project Controls Manager at Actalent since July 2021, Emily oversees a team managing over $500 million in global project financials and is responsible for compensation analysis, yearly budgeting, and subcontract management. Prior to this, Emily held various roles at Aerotek, including Controller and Assistant Controller, where responsibilities encompassed team leadership, accounts receivable management, and financial reporting. Emily began a career in finance at the National Federation of the Blind and has experience in real estate consultancy. Emily earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Women's Studies from Towson University.
