William Hayes is an experienced health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) professional with a robust background in various industries including construction, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. Currently serving as an HSE Advisor at STS since October 2018, William has also held pivotal roles such as SHEQ Manager at Actavo Utilities, overseeing health and safety operations throughout the Caribbean, and Health and Safety Advisor/Consultant at Collen Construction Ltd., where responsibilities included managing HSEQ matters for large-scale projects. With prior experience as HSEQ Manager for multiple companies, including Pyeroy Ireland and PBB Builders Ltd., William has consistently demonstrated expertise in implementing safety protocols, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards, managing hundreds of employees, and overseeing complex projects throughout Ireland and the UK.
