Khalil Fares is an experienced IVR Developer and QC Support professional currently employed at ACTEL since February 2016, where responsibilities include editing IVR application scripts, developing applications, designing databases, monitoring platform health, troubleshooting bugs, and providing technical support for computer systems. Khalil's academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Communication & Electronics from Beirut Arab University, completed in 2012.
