Brian brings to ABC over 15 years of legal, compliance and investigations experience gained in various healthcare settings.
Most recently Brian spent over 9 years at DaVita, Inc. a Fortune 200 dialysis provider where he served in roles of increasing responsibility. During Brian’s last 4 years at DaVita he served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel – Subsidiaries.
In that position Brian managed a team of attorneys and legal professionals responsible for providing legal, compliance and investigations support to a majority of DaVita’s subsidiaries including DaVita Labs, DaVita Clinical Research, Nephrology Practice Solutions, Nephrology Care Alliance and Lifeline Vascular Access.
Prior to joining DaVita spent Brian served as counsel to the research and development groups within multiple global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies supporting clinical research operations, university collaborations, and strategic alliance management.
