Kumaran Parameshwaran is an experienced professional in the sports and events industry, currently serving as Event Staff at Action Challenge and as Co-Founder of eye4wild. Previously, Kumaran held the position of Marketing and Project Manager at the London Basketball Association, where responsibilities included translating the CEO's ideas into actionable strategies and managing new initiatives from conception to delivery. Earlier career roles included Junior Project Manager, focusing on marketing content and digital communications, and multiple positions at Loughborough University London, including Student Ambassador and Institute Representative. Kumaran holds two Master's degrees: one in Sports Management from the International Institute of Sports & Management and another in Sports Business and Innovation from Loughborough University London, achieving a High Merit distinction.
