Julia Hardy Cofield

Julia Hardy Cofield serves in a Public Sector seat representing Senator Michael Rush. Hardy Cofield retired from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Arlington, VA, where she was a Trademark Examining Attorney and a Collateral duty EEO Counselor. Hardy Cofield earned her Juris Doctor Degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law and she is fluent in Spanish.

Hardy Cofield joined the ABCD Board of Directors in 2009 and is an officer of the Board serving as Clerk. She is also an ABCD Executive Committee member and serves as a member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Committee, Finance Committee, Neighborhood Programs/Planning & Evaluation (NPPE) Committee, and the Personnel Advisory Committee.
