Richard Buck McIpd

Richard Buck MCIPD has a diverse background in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Management Development Partner and Organisational Development Partner at Action for Children since June 2018. Prior to this role, Richard spent over a decade at John Lewis, where responsibilities included serving as Regional Learning Manager for the South & West, supporting 17 sites and 3,000 employees, leading a team of facilitators, and overseeing recruitment and development as well as HR processes for store employees. Richard's educational foundation was established at Paston Grammar School from 1978 to 1985.
