Matt Robbins

Matt Robbins serves as the Chief Business Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Action Property Management since August 2023. Previously, Matt held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at HomeRiver Group from October 2020 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing field operations and property services for a leading third-party Single-Family Rental Property Management Company, overseeing a team of 8 direct and 400 indirect reports across 40,000 managed units. Prior to this, Matt was the President of Property Management at NRT from November 2014 to October 2020, leading Realogy's Property Services division and serving as CFO for Property Services. Earlier roles included Director of Finance and Accounting Manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from 2006 to 2014, and Project Systems Analyst and Senior Accountant at CBRE from 2003 to 2006. Matt holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Finance and Accounting from Palm Beach Atlantic University, earned between 1999 and 2001.
