Sheila Malekzadeh

Sheila Malekzadeh, CDM, currently serves as the Corporate Director of Hotel Sales & Marketing at Ensemble Hospitality since November 2019, where responsibilities include driving top-line sales and executing strategic action plans to enhance revenue. Previously, Sheila held the position of Area Director of Sales and Marketing for Hotel Maya and DoubleTree Carson from January 2019 to November 2019, leading sales initiatives and managing hotel branding and marketing. From November 2011 to December 2018, Sheila was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Hotel Maya, achieving significant revenue growth and leading the Sales & Catering team. Sheila's extensive experience also includes senior sales management roles at Hilton Orange County/Costa Mesa, Sheraton Los Angeles Downtown, Hilton Waterfront, and DoubleTree by Hilton, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning, revenue generation, and team development throughout the hotel industry.
