Susan Elmorabit

Susan Elmorabit has over a decade of experience in community management, currently serving as a Senior Community Manager and Regional Manager of Community Service at Action Property Management since August 2016. In this role, Susan supervises Community Managers, Senior/Lead Managers, and internal support staff to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to company policies. Previously, Susan held the position of Community Association Manager at Associa from 2013 to 2015, managing a portfolio of high-revenue properties while navigating challenging transitions. Prior experience includes managing a portfolio at Copeland Group, overseeing historic and luxury communities, and serving as a Senior Community Association Manager at Protocol Property Management, where mentoring junior managers was a key responsibility.
