Artyom Agafonov

Artyom Agafonov is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in product development and technology research. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Action1 since March 2022, Artyom is responsible for global engineering strategy, executive decision-making, HR processes, and managing R&D departments. Prior to this role, Artyom held the same title at Netwrix Corporation from October 2013 to December 2020, where responsibilities included engineering strategy planning and product development. As R&D Director at Security Code Ltd. from November 2008 to September 2013, Artyom focused on product development and administrative management. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Development Manager at Quest Software from 2004 to 2008 and Project Manager at Aelita Software from 1998 to 2004, where Artyom specialized in system architecture, team management, and project execution.
