Previous roles include COO at Essef Corporation, which focused on pressure vessels, and Co-CEO at Inverness Partners – Inverness Castings Group, overseeing tier one automotive suppliers. Ross began a notable career at McKinsey & Company, where Elliot was a Partner, leading the global Marketing practice and founding the Pricing practice.
