Ben Gittins

Ben Gittins serves as the Sales Director for Actionstep in the UK since July 2025. Previously, Ben held the position of Senior Sales Director at TechnologyOne from September 2023 to July 2025, overseeing sales for the Higher Education division and managing the sales process for the OneEducation SaaS ERP platform. Prior to that, Ben was the Sales Director for Civica from October 2016 to September 2023, leading sales for both the Case Management and BPO divisions, with responsibilities across various public and private sector clients. Earlier experience includes a Sales Executive role at Northgate Public Services, where Ben managed growth and relationships in public sector document management and processing services. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law with Criminology from Nottingham Trent University, earned between 2010 and 2013.
