Andrew Helming currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Active Day since August 2025. Previously, Andrew held multiple leadership roles at Sevita from November 2014 to August 2025, including Vice President of Operations for Day Programs, where a Day Program Center of Excellence was established after the merging of divisions, and Vice President & CFO for Senior Services, overseeing various care solutions for HCBS eligible seniors. Andrew also directed M&A strategy for the Senior Services division. Prior experience includes roles in investment banking at Consilium Partners, development at Cardigan Mountain School, institutional equity sales at Barclays Investment Bank, and fixed income trading at Lehman Brothers. Andrew holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Middlebury College.
