Director, Revenue Cycle Management at Active Day

Doug Murphy has a diverse range of work experience in project management and customer relations. Doug began their career as a Rotational Intern at Anderson & Strudwick in 2006. Doug then worked at Altobridge, where they served as a Senior Customer Project Manager and Technical Sales Support. During this time, they managed projects in various locations and provided pre-sales support for account representatives. In 2015, they joined Comcast as a Customer Project Manager, working with enterprise-level customers and addressing process gaps. Doug then moved to Comcast Business, where they served as a Project Manager, managing large, high-value customers and overseeing new product deployment. Doug later joined Billtrust as an Implementation Project Manager, focusing on payment cycle management solutions. Currently, they are working at Active Day, first as an IT Project Manager and now as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, where they assess technological needs, integrates new tools, and manages project and change management.

Doug Murphy attended Bucknell University from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.

Through our specially trained staff, we are able to effectively manage these chronic conditions, allowing the member to prolong their independence and remain at their home in the community. Additionally, our comprehensive activities programs encourage socialization, provide cognitive and physical stimulation and promote overall wellness.
