Nicholas Schretzman

Nicholas Schretzman serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Active International, overseeing legal affairs for a global advertising and corporate trade enterprise with over $1 billion in annual revenue since October 2023. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked as a Senior Litigator at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from October 2008 to October 2023, where responsibilities included litigating complex commercial disputes, defending against regulatory inquiries, and conducting worldwide corruption investigations. Nicholas’ legal career began with a summer associate position at the same firm in June 2007 and included a judicial internship with The Honorable Theodore H. Katz at the Southern District of New York in 2006. Nicholas holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Vassar College.
