Madeleine Craske has extensive work experience in the field of research and scientific management. Madeleine started their career as a Post-doctoral researcher at Stanford University from April 2000 to March 2005. Following that, they joined Active Motif in March 2005 as a Research Scientist in the R&D department, and they worked there until September 2010. Madeleine then transitioned to the role of Research Scientist in Services at Active Motif from September 2010 to May 2014. Subsequently, they were promoted to Research Scientist/Manager at Active Motif from May 2014 to September 2022. Currently, they hold the title of Senior Scientist/Manager at Active Motif from October 2022. Additionally, Madeleine had a brief stint as a Research Scientist at Blueshift Biotechnologies, Inc in 2005.

Madeleine Craske began their education in 1992 at UCL, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology. Madeleine completed their undergraduate studies in 1995. Afterward, they joined the University of Liverpool in 1995 and spent the next four years studying Cellular and Molecular Physiology. In 1999, they successfully obtained a Ph.D. degree from the University of Liverpool, specializing in Cellular and Molecular Physiology.
