Erin Harte

Erin Harte is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer onboarding and implementation within the tech industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Onboarding & Implementation at ActiveCampaign since September 2018, Erin leads a team focused on optimizing the initial customer experience and achieving key performance indicators related to revenue retention and product adoption. Prior to this role, Erin was recognized as a top performer while serving as a Senior Implementation Specialist at ActiveCampaign and a Senior Solutions Implementation Specialist at Outcome Health. Earlier career experiences include event planning and coordination roles at Rise Interactive and Crain's Chicago Business.
