John O’Connell

Recognized as one of Europe’s top technology entrepreneurs, John is the Non-Executive Chairman of ActiveNav. John was founder, Chairman and CEO of workflow and business process management software company, Staffware Plc. The company grew as a publicly listed company before it was sold in 2004 for $250 million to Tibco Software Inc. John is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and was recognized as a Master of Information Technology by AIIM International. He co-authored the book ‘Mastering Your Organization’s Processes’, published by Cambridge University Press.
