Marit Wangstad is an experienced professional with a diverse background in user research, UX design, and sales within the gaming and beverage industries. Currently serving as an Associate User Researcher at Activision since June 2020, Marit executes user tests, crafts reports, and supports senior research staff on various projects. Previous roles include User Research Moderator and Quality Assurance Tester within the gaming sector, as well as a UX Design Intern at Endevr, where Marit developed a clickable prototype to improve eLearning opportunities. In the beverage industry, Marit held multiple sales-focused positions, significantly increasing sales and enhancing client relationships for renowned companies such as Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and Young's Market Company. Marit is pursuing a graduate degree in Human Computer Interaction at Iowa State University, building on a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a UX/UI Design certification.
