Alwin Roelofs possesses extensive experience in IT management and software development, currently serving as Manager Software ontwikkeling en beheer and Manager Service en Ontwikkeling at Acto Informatisering since January 1999. Key responsibilities include oversight of services, servicedesk, system engineers, SLA's, hosting, internal automation, software development, release management, quality assurance, deployment, and compliance with AVG-GDPR. Previously held roles include IT Manager, where Alwin was responsible for overall ICT management for Acto and its numerous clients, as well as structuring and expanding the support organization. Alwin's earlier career includes positions at Micromass and Fisons Instruments, with foundational education in Electronics-Information Technology from HTS Rens en Rens.
