Parag Gajare has over 13 years of professional experience in various roles. Parag began their career in 2007 as an e Commerce Category Manager at Future Group India. In 2011, they moved to Synchronisys, Inc as a Quality Specialist. In 2012, they joined Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as a Business Analyst. In 2014, they returned to Synchronisys, Inc as a Business Analyst. In 2015, they worked as a Business Analyst at CareSource, where they successfully implemented Medicaid for the states of Georgia and Indiana for over 400,000 members. Parag also gathered, analyzed and documented over 1500 business, functional and non-functional requirements in JAMA. In the same year, they joined McKesson as a Business System Analyst. In 2017, they worked as a Business Analyst at Etelligens Technologies (p) Ltd. In 2019, they worked as a Co-Op Intern at Women's College Hospital, where they assisted in Epic Ambulatory training to medical students, residents, staff and fellows and in training medical secretaries and staff members on Epics Cadence Scheduling module. In 2020, they joined ACTO as a Jr. Product Manager and Quality Engineer.
Parag Gajare has a diverse educational background. Parag began their studies in 2005 at Welingkar Institute of Management, where they obtained a PGPRM in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Parag then attended George Brown College from 2018-2019, earning a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Informatics. Finally, they returned to George Brown College from 2019-2020, obtaining a Information System Business Analysis - Post Graduate Certificate in Information Technology.
