Peter Delgado

Peter Delgado is an experienced construction management professional with a robust background in overseeing regional capital budgets, project management, and business development within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Director of Construction and Director of Construction Services for Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. since June 2018, Peter coordinates capital projects from planning to implementation. Previous roles include Regional Director of Operations at American Lighting & Signalization, Inc., Preconstruction Manager at Swisslog Healthcare Solutions, and Project Manager at R.J. Leeper Construction, LLC. Peter holds an MBA and a BS in Management from the University of Phoenix and an AA in General Studies from Central Texas College.
