Olga Shaposhnikova

Olga Shaposhnikova has a diverse work experience ranging from a QA Associate at Actsoft to a QA Test Engineer at LASTH, Corp., Santa Clara, CA. In their role as a QA Test Engineer, Olga worked closely with business partners, analysts, designers, and programmers to create and analyze project documents while ensuring Quality Assurance processes were incorporated. Olga was responsible for driving test scenario efforts and identifying test data, utilizing Soap UI to test web services. Prior to this role, Olga was an IT Department Manager at Private Bank in Ukraine, where they supervised branch staff, conducted interviews and training, and managed databases.

Olga Shaposhnikova obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounts and Finance from the Technical College in Kirovograd, Ukraine, from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's Degree in Bacteriological Laboring and Infection Control from the Medical College in Ukraine, between 1988 and 1993.
