Josef Janoušek has extensive experience in financial roles, primarily as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Finance Director. Josef is currently serving as the CFO at ACTUM Digital since September 2022 and previously held the same position at WMC/GREY since December 2021. Before that, they served as the Finance Director CZ & SK at G4S from June 2020 to November 2021. Prior to G4S, Josef was the CFO at MOL Česká republika from June 2019 to February 2020. Josef spent over a decade at Young & Rubicam Group, where they held the CFO role from July 2008 to January 2019. Prior to that, they were the Financial Director at Wunderman Praha from July 2002 to June 2008. Josef's career started at Young & Rubicam, where they initially worked as a Controller from April 1996 to December 1998 and later became the Finance Manager from January 1999 to June 2002.
Josef Janoušek attended Gymnázium Teplice from 1990 to 1994, where they studied Mathematics. Following this, they enrolled at Prague University of Economics and Business, where they pursued an Ing. degree from 1994 to 1999. During their time at the university, Josef focused on Accounting and Corporate Financial Management, as well as HR Management.
