Ondřej Zicha has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ondřej is currently working as a Senior Frontend Developer at ACTUM Digital since January 2021. Before that, they worked as a Freelance React Developer from May 2020 to December 2020. Prior to their freelance work, they were a React Developer at INVENTI, where they were involved in the development of a platform for the sale of new cars of three brands in France from October 2019 to May 2020.
From 2016 to 2018, Ondřej worked as a Web Developer at FG Forrest, focusing on the development and administration of websites for companies such as ČEZ and ÚJV Řež. Before that, they gained experience as a Web Developer at the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. Their responsibilities included full-stack development and maintenance of the Time Table Demands system.
Ondřej's early career involved working as an Assistant in Research and Development at IKT Advanced Technologies, where they were involved in technological documentation, vector diagram creation, soldering components to PCB, and administrative tasks related to projects. Ondřej was with the company from June 2010 to September 2012.
Ondřej Zicha obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences, Applied Informatics from Czech Technical University in Prague from 2012 to 2015. Ondřej then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Information Technology, Knowledge and Web Technologies at Prague University of Economics and Business from 2016 to 2019. Prior to their Bachelor's Degree, Ondřej studied Software Technologies and Management at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague from 2009 to 2012.
In addition to their formal education, Ondřej has also obtained several certifications. In November 2021, they received an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Web Accessibility from edX. In September 2021, they completed the IAAP WAS Certification Preparation Curriculum 2.0 and the Web Accessibility Curriculum 2.0, both from Deque Systems, Inc. Furthermore, in April 2015, they obtained the State Language Exam, B2 equivalent, from Czech Technical University in Prague.
