Mike Maxwell

Mike Maxwell serves as the Director of Field Services at Acuative, overseeing a team of 150 employees responsible for network maintenance and implementation services across North America. With extensive experience in project management, Mike has successfully led large initiatives at Zayo Group and other organizations, focusing on fiber optics and wireless infrastructure. A background in managing operations and technical teams at CenturyLink and other telecommunications companies has enabled Mike to foster high-performance service cultures and enhance customer relations. Mike holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management from DeVry University.
