Mark Hand

Mark Hand is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and product development. Currently serving as VP of Engineering, Indoor at Acuity Brands since June 2002, Mark has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including VP of Product Development and Director of New Products & Technology Indoor. Prior to Acuity Brands, Mark worked as a Sr Mechanical Engineer at Zhone Technologies (2001 - 2002) and Nortel Networks (1993 - 2001). Mark holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Design and a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, both from Queen's University Belfast.
