Matthew Rink

Matthew Rink is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in design and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Design Engineering at Acuity Brands since January 2018, Matthew has progressed through various roles including Lead Design Engineer and Senior Design Engineer. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Mechanical Design Engineer at Schneider Electric from January 2015 to January 2018, where responsibilities included designing custom switchgear for data centers and industrial applications. Earlier in Matthew's career, from August 2010 to January 2015, the role of Manufacturing Engineer at JTEKT North America Corporation involved overseeing production lines with 5-axis CNC grinding equipment and managing conversion efforts for consumable materials.
