Sunitha Kannan Kumar

Sunitha Kannan Kumar is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Senior Director and Global Head of Tax & Treasury at Acuity Knowledge Partners since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sunitha held various senior positions in tax management, including Senior Manager of International Tax at Mattel, Inc. from May 2012 to August 2022, and Head of Tax at HIT Entertainment from July 2008 to May 2012. Sunitha began the career in taxation and corporate finance with positions at Intec Telecom Systems, RSM & Co, and Sundram Fasteners Limited. Academically, Sunitha is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a management accountant from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and holds an ICWA from the Institute of Cost and Work Accountants of India, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Madras.
