Wayne Kimber

Wayne Kimber joins Acumatica as the Chief Financial Officer responsible for all aspects of the company’s finance, accounting, business intelligence, and legal operations. He brings a wealth of experience in finance and accounting to the role and a proven track record of helping software companies scale and operate. Prior to joining Acumatica, Wayne was the Chief Financial Officer of SymphonyAI and served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and the Chief Accounting Officer of Malwarebytes. Wayne also held senior leadership positions at several technology companies including Cloudera, Guidewire Software, and Ariba, Inc. A native of New Zealand, Wayne holds a bachelor’s degree in management studies from the University of Waikato.
