Xiaohan Zhou

Xiaohan Zhou is an accomplished professional with a strong background in healthcare management and operations. Currently serving as Operations Lead at Acumen, LLC since June 2022, Xiaohan Zhou focuses on optimizing staffing processes and enhancing interdepartmental communication. Previous experience includes working as a Leadership Development Intern for the Global Health Leadership Initiative at Yale School of Public Health, where engagement with over 40 participants was facilitated, and as a Health Program Assistant at the Yale-China Association, supporting health activities and communication. A graduate of Yale School of Public Health with a Master of Public Health in Health Care Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, Xiaohan Zhou has also held various roles in clinical settings, including Registered Nurse at UPMC and laboratory director at HAVEN Free Clinic.
