Acumen
Amrit joined the India portfolio team where he is responsible for deal sourcing, evaluation, structuring, investment monitoring, value creation, and exit. He comes with rich investment experience and an understanding of investing ecosystem. Prior to Acumen, he was a core member of Tata Capital Special Situation Fund, one of India's first turnaround funds, where he was responsible for identifying and evaluating investments, structuring deals, effecting the turnaround, and helping the portfolio companies in preparation for a profitable exit.
Amrit holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Rajasthan.
