Jean-Marie Bidal

Jean-Marie Bidal is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the footwear industry. Currently serving as Design Director and Design Team Lead at Acushnet Company since July 2017, Jean-Marie also holds the position of Advanced Sr. Footwear Designer. As the President and Owner of BIDALDESIGN since April 2004, Jean-Marie has cultivated a strong design aesthetic and entrepreneurial insight. Previous roles include Senior Developer and Product Developer at Bauer Hockey from September 2007 to July 2017 and Industrial Designer at Morelli Designers Inc. from January 2005 to August 2007. Jean-Marie holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Université de Montréal, completed between 2000 and 2004, and pursued education at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf from 1997 to 2000.
