Molly Arico

Molly Arico has a diverse work experience in compliance, employment law, litigation, and investigations. Molly currently holds the position of Vice President Compliance at Acushnet Company since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Hasbro as the Managing Attorney for Global Compliance & Employment Law from 2018 to 2023. Additionally, they were a Senior Counsel and Head of Litigation & Investigations, Compliance & Regulatory at GE Digital from 2016 to 2018. Molly's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from 2008 to 2016, where they specialized in securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, complex commercial cases, corporate internal investigations, and advising clients on compliance programs.

Molly Arico received a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (with a minor in Classics) from Gettysburg College from 2000 to 2003.
