Andy Pando has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andy started their career in 2001 as an Area Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they were responsible for managing customer service, operations, sales, marketing, and fleet management. Andy then worked as a Market Sales Manager at National Distributing Company from 2006 to 2012, leading a team and focusing on sales goals and forecasting. From 2012 to 2022, Andy worked at Manheim, first as a Field Sales Manager and then as a Client Solutions Manager Southwest, where they led a field sales team and implemented sales strategies to drive revenue growth. In 2022, Andy joined ACV Auctions as a Regional Sales Director.
Andy Pando attended The University of New Mexico from 2018 to 2024, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
