Khomotso Kekana

Khomotso Kekana is a seasoned legal professional specializing in Project Finance and Project Development, currently serving as a Senior Legal Manager at ACWA Power since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Dentons and Allen & Overy, where Khomotso focused on advising clients in Project Finance transactions, particularly in the drafting and reviewing of Power Purchase Agreements and Finance Documents.
