Fiona Carter is the current Director at Ad Council. Fiona has previous experience working as a Countryside & Open Spaces Officer for Christchurch Borough Council and as Marketing Development Manager for Bournemouth University. Fiona has successfully turned around student recruitment rates at a difficult time and developed the school’s brand and produced marketing collateral. Fiona is skilled in managing staff and budgets, as well as designing websites.

Fiona Carter has a professional diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a certificate in life coaching from Newcastle College, and a bachelor's degree in international relations and politics from Staffordshire University.
