Ricardo Diaz

Ricardo Diaz is an experienced professional in the Salesforce ecosystem, currently serving as the Experience Cloud Practice Lead and Product Specialist Lead for Community Cloud at Ad Victoriam Solutions since September 2015. At Ad Victoriam Solutions, responsibilities include overseeing Salesforce Community Cloud projects and customizing Salesforce instances as a certified Salesforce Administrator. Additionally, Ricardo has contributed as a Moderator and Power User for SFXD - The Salesforce Discord Exchange since March 2017, providing insights and fostering community engagement.
