Steffi Choi

Steffi Choi is a Back End Developer at Ada since January 2021, specializing in building data pipelines on the data platform team. Prior to this role, Steffi completed contracts through Upwork as a Software Developer, where API libraries for chat and e-store inventory management were developed. Steffi's experience also includes a position at EY from October 2017 to August 2019, where notable accomplishments included the creation of an ETL pipeline that reduced data processing time by nine times for approximately 70GB of data, and the optimization of database structures, achieving a 30% reduction in storage use. Steffi Choi holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in Computer Science from the University of Toronto, earned between 2012 and 2017, and completed the International Baccalaureate program at Branksome Hall from 2010 to 2012.
