Mylene Zupan, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Benefits Manager at Adagio Health since October 2024. Previously, Mylene held the position of HR & Operations Manager for North America at Excellerent Solutions from July 2021 to August 2024. Mylene has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as Director of Human Resources at OpenArc, LLC. from April 2017 to January 2021 and as Director of Human Resources and Training at The Bradley Center from July 2006 to October 2016. In addition, Mylene served as an Adjunct Professor teaching HR Management at the University of Pittsburgh in 2014-2015, and as Director of Operations at Strategic Employee Benefit Services from July 2000 to July 2006. Mylene holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix and completed the CORO Women in Leadership program, Class XIII, between 2009 and 2010.

For fifty years, Adagio Health has been providing health and wellness services and support in western Pennsylvania. Recently, the organization’s operational footprint has expanded to include seven counties in West Virginia, and five counties in southern New York. Adagio Health also manages the state-funded Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (BCCEDP) in 62 counties across the state of Pennsylvania.
