Martha Fogg has extensive experience in digital publishing, having been with Adam Matthew Digital since November 2005 and serving in various leadership roles, including Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director. Martha joined the Board of Directors in 2014, working closely with the Managing Director, Khal, and fellow Deputy Managing Director, Jenny, to enhance business performance with a focus on editorial development, marketing, and HR. Previously, as Publishing Director, Martha focused on future publication strategies and product development, collaborating with the Editorial Director to ensure integrated product delivery. Martha began their career as a Graduate Trainee Librarian at the University of Westminster. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Management from Henley Business School, an MA in Victorian Literature from Royal Holloway, and a BA in English from UCL.
