Henry Solis

Henry Solis is a skilled technical support professional with a solid background in cloud infrastructure and desktop support. Currently serving as a Technical Support Administrator at AdamsGabbert since March 2023, Henry manages Windows-based cloud systems on Microsoft Azure, focusing on scalability and performance optimization, while implementing virtualization solutions with Hyper-V. Prior to this role, Henry worked as a Desktop Support Technician at TTEC, where responsibilities included software installation and remote troubleshooting for a geographically diverse user base.
