Madhavi Isanaka has extensive work experience in various IT leadership roles. From 2022 to the present, they serve as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Adani Green Energy Ltd. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Vice President of IT and CIO at Rivian. Before that, from 2014 to 2019, Madhavi held multiple positions at Cummins Inc., including Executive Director for Digital, Electrified Power Business, and Engine Business IT. Madhavi also served as the Executive Director for Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing IT from 2014 to 2017. At Cummins Inc., Madhavi started their career in 2001 and took on roles such as Interim Chief Information Officer, Executive Director for Global Applications Development and Support, Executive Director of Information Technology, and Director of Shared Services Infrastructure Management.

Madhavi Isanaka earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University. Later, they obtained an MBA degree from Indiana University. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including NACD Directorship Certification® from the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Applied Data Science Program from MIT Professional Education, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services.
