Pramath Nath has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Pramath is currently the CHRO at Adani Green Energy Ltd. Prior to this, they held various positions at GE Power, including CHRO for Asia Pacific & India and HR & CSR Leader for South Asia. Before joining GE Power, Pramath worked at KPMG India as an Executive Director and Director of Human Resources. Pramath also had roles at Hewlett-Packard, Reliance Retail, East India Hotels, Blue Cross Labs, and Cosme Mathias Menezes Group, where they gained experience in talent management, HR business partnering, and personnel management.
Pramath Nath holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Pramath also completed their graduation from Ramjas College, Delhi University. Additionally, they completed their 12th grade from St. Michael's School, Patna. Pramath Nath holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar). Furthermore, they obtained certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation.
