Jasmine Wee is a Research Associate I at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp., specializing in immune medicine since February 2023. Previously, Jasmine served as a Research Scientist at the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering, focusing on single-molecule protein sequencing with nanopores from May 2019 to February 2023. Jasmine's academic experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant implementing DNA computing and as a teaching assistant for CSE 163, concentrating on data science and Python programming. Jasmine has been involved in projects such as designing proteins for the extraction of toxic heavy metals from soil using rhizoremediation and has held various positions including Graphic Designer at Kumon North America and Grader for the National Honor Society. Jasmine earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology, along with a minor in Data Science from the University of Washington between 2018 and 2022.
